In 1996 she became Executive Director in charge of employment and professional training at the French Ministry of Labor and Solidarity. From January 2010 to January 2014 Rose-Marie Van Lerberghe was a member of Conseil supérieur de la magistrature (the French High Council of the Judiciary).
